These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store Kits of Glory. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

We offer football jerseys and related fan apparel. Product images are for illustration purposes only. Slight differences in color, design, or details may occur depending on production batches.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices shown on our website are listed in the selected currency. Payment must be completed in full before the order is processed and shipped.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

The exclusive processing time is 5–7 business days. After dispatch, shipping usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on destination and demand.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

A return, exchange, or replacement is only possible if you received the wrong item or if the product arrived damaged or defective.

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@kitsofglory.com and provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Returns for reasons such as wrong size selection, change of mind, or personal preference are not accepted.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before processing has started. Once production or processing begins, cancellation may no longer be possible.

7. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages, delays, or losses resulting from misuse of products, shipping delays, or events beyond our reasonable control.
